RETURNS

In accordance with article L221-5 of the French Consumer Code, the withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of the parcel. If more than 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
All parcels stamped by the carrier with a date longer than 14 days will be refused.
In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Certain types of goods cannot be returned. For example, swimwear and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds will be issued: (where applicable)
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for any reason not due to an error on our part.
* Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds (where applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or refused.
If approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card or debit card will be refunded.
Delayed or missing refunds (where applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have taken all these steps and still have not received your refund, contact us at contact@najjo.fr.
Sale or promotional items (where applicable)
Only normal-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
Exchanges (where applicable)
We will only replace items that are originally faulty or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at contact@najjo.fr and send your item to : NAJJO 21 bis Rue des Châtaigniers, Ploumagoar, 22970, France.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who made the gift had the order sent to them with the intention of returning it to you at a later date, it is their responsibility to make the necessary arrangements.
Shipping
To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address:

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item.
They are not refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return postage will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time taken to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend that you use a tracking service or have your shipment insured. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
